About Sehat O Sukoon
My name is Sana Murtaza Bhalli. I am a Pakistani Muslim woman who, like many of you, has been trying to balance the demands of life with the desire to live more intentionally, more spiritually, and more peacefully.
Sehat o Sukoon was born from a very personal place. In my own journey toward better health, I realized that so much of what I needed was already gifted to us in our Deen. The Sunnah isn't just a set of spiritual practices—it's a complete lifestyle filled with healing, barakah, and balance. ,جل جلاله I wanted to take care of my body, yes—but I also wanted to feel calm inside, closer to Allah and rooted in the tradition I love.
I didn't want to follow wellness trends that felt disconnected from my faith or culture. I wanted something simpler, more sacred. And I knew I wasn't alone. That's why I created Sehat o Sukoon—a space for Muslims, especially women, looking for gentle, faith-based ways to improve their physical health while nourishing their hearts and souls.
Through this platform, I share digital wellness guides inspired by Sunnah ingredients, prophetic habits, and practical daily routines. Whether it's the incredible benefits of dates, the healing power of the black seed, or peaceful habits grounded in Islamic teachings—every product is created with research, intention, and du'a.
This isn't just a wellness brand. It's a quiet revival of prophetic living, a return to simplicity, and a reminder that true Sehat (health) and deep sukoon (peace) come when we align our daily choices with our faith.
So whether you're starting fresh, rebuilding your habits, or simply want to add more barakah to your day, I pray Sehat o Sukoon brings you benefit, ease, and spiritual comfort.
With love and du’a,
Sana Murtaza Bhalli
